We post to the mainland UK, Non-Mainland UK & Scottish Highlands.
Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days to Mainland UK. Goods dispatched to Non-Mainland UK & Scottish Highlands will take 5-7 working days.
The following delivery charges apply:
Orders up to £9.99 will be £1.99
Orders up from £10 to £19.99 will be £2.99
Orders from £20 to £39.99 will be £3.99
Plus optimal 48 hour courier from only £6.00
OVERSEAS orders will be calculated during the checkout process.
To deliver our goods we use Parcelforce Worldwide for larger items and Royal Mail Special Delivery for smaller products.The cost of delivery will be added to your order total before payment is taken. Both delivery methods require a signature on delivery.If no one is at home they will put a card through your door with re-delivery or collection details.
Please be aware that Royal Mail will only hold Recorded items for one week and then return them to us. If this occurs, the customer is liable for the redelivery charge. If the order is cancelled at this time, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
Standard delivery time is 48-hours if the item is in stock.If an item is out of stock, this will be indicated on the website whenever possible or you will be advised of this upon ordering. We will then contact you to advise you of an estimated delivery time. Bespoke items take longer to make. We aim to make and deliver all bespoke items within 14 days from ordering.During the peak periods order well in advance as bespoke items will take longer to make. During this time you will be advised when ordering of the expected delivery date.
We want to ensure that we provide you with the very best service. If you have any specific delivery requests, please do call or email us and we will do our very best to meet them.
If we are unable to complete all or part of your order due to any cause or event beyond our control, we may by notice in writing to you cancel or suspend the order in whole or in part without liability. We may deliver separately the goods which make up your order. Where we do so, you will only incur one delivery charge.
If your order has not been delivered, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the goods. All items require a signature on receipt. We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery was not arranged by you on receipt of a card from Parcelforce Worldwide or Royal Mail.
We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us or for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. We make every effort to describe products accurately, however due to their handmade design we cannot accept liability for slight variations in the actual goods. If you are not satisfied with the goods we will refund your money or exchangegoods provided they are in a fully resalable condition. In line with the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 days after receiving your orderto inform us that you would like to cancel your order, you then have 7 days in which to return the goods. Please note - this does not apply to bespoke 'made to measure' items which cannot be returned or refunded. If bespoke items are faulty we can offer an exchange or replacement.
You must contact iDoo-B-Doo in the first instance to arrange the return or exchange of any item. This can be done via firstname.lastname@example.org.
When returning an item these conditions must be met:

Items must be ‘as new’ condition: unopened and unused with all tags still attached.
Please note that if you are returning an item,we are not liable for any packagethat is lost in the post. We therefore suggest the item must be sent back using a trackable/recorded delivery method.
A refund for the product price will be initiated once we have received the returned goods. The original delivery charge will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for the delivery cost for returning the items unless the item is faulty. If the item is faulty we will only bear the cost of standard recorded postage.
Orders are checked before being dispatched and are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. However, if your order is damaged or faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 48 hours. After this time we will not accept responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.
PAYMENT AND TAXES
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal card processing facilities. Please note that we are unable to send an order out until payment has been received and has cleared.
At no time do we have access to any of your personal account details.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and include where appropriate UK sales tax (Value Added Tax).
